ECLAIR DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

A delicious no-bake layered dessert that tastes just like an eclair! This easy recipe features graham crackers layered with creamy vanilla pudding and topped with chocolate.

  • 1 box of graham crackers (3 pack size)
  • 2 boxes of instant pudding (Vanilla)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 Cool Whip (use about 3/4 of a jumbo size for plenty of pudding for layers)
  • Magic Shell ice cream topping (hot fudge or chocolate)
DIRECTIONS

Step 1 — Make pudding with 4 cups milk as per directions on box. Blend until thickened.

Step 2 — Fold Cool Whip into pudding by hand to make it fluffy.

Step 3 — In a 13x9 pan (or a similar size sealing Rubbermaid container), place a layer of graham crackers.

Step 4 — Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture on the crackers.

Step 5 — Add a 2nd layer of graham crackers and spread another layer of pudding.

Step 6 — Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining pudding.

Step 7 — Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 8 — When you're ready to serve, squeeze/drizzle Magic Shell on top of the pudding layer to give chocolate flavor. Serve immediately.

TIPS & NOTES
  • You can make vanilla and/or chocolate pudding and alternate flavors between graham crackers for variety.
  • Magic Shell goes on at the time you're serving to make certain it hardens and doesn't separate before serving.
  • This dessert is best when refrigerated for the full 24 hours to allow the graham crackers to soften.
