HAWAIIAN HAM & SWISS SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS

Delicious baked sliders with honey ham and Swiss cheese on sweet Hawaiian rolls, topped with a savory butter sauce. Perfect for parties or game day!

  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 24 slices deli honey ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, cut into fourths
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS

Step 1 — Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected. Spread mayonnaise generously on one side.

Step 2 — Layer ham slices to cover the entire surface, then add Swiss cheese on top. Close the rolls to form slider sandwiches.

Step 3 — Whisk together poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, melted butter, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Drizzle this mixture over the closed rolls.

Step 4 — Cover sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.

Step 5 — Uncover and bake an additional 2 minutes for golden-brown tops. Serve hot!
